Bolt the 5x114.3 hub from a 97-01 Integra Type-R on. Use 02-03 Civic Si (EP3) caliper bracket mounts, RSX brake pads, and 97-01 Integra Type-R rotors. To use RSX or EP3 Calipers on a Civic/Integra with Civic/Integra e-brake cables, use the e-brake attachment lever swapped on from any 7CLP13S caliper body. Use the 99-00 Civic Si e-brake cables.
The RSX type s though is new enough to be on dealer's lots as a certified pre owned car. There is also the EP3 Civic Si. Neither of these will be a type R but think of all the mods you can do for the same cost of trying to import a car. probably with the ep3 type r rotors and caliper brackets. i think its the same setup as the dc5 type r stuff which i have seen fit on our cars.but not without a little modification. you could probably look around on clubrsx to find more info on this topic. getting the brakes to fit an rsx is pretty similar to getting them to fit the si.
