Boards. Dragon Age: Inquisition. Please help me decide on a Specialization. Zansacu 7 years ago #1. I played and finished the game when it was new, sold it and moved on. The GOTY Edition was on a sale recently for a killer price, so I bought it to play all the DLCs and since Trespasser added some stuff to the main game I decided to start from
For Dragon Age: Inquisition on the PC, a GameFAQs message board topic titled "Which specialization do you think each person will be? Spoilers!".
You can also go as a SnS Reaver which will give you more dps but you won't be as tanky as Champion. If you do go Champion, make sure to add masterworks that give abilities like Hidden Blade on hit and Walking Bomb on hit to up your dps. 3DS FC: 1693-1103-7291. Templar has an amazing built in combo on Wraith of Heaven, and Spell Purge, which does insane damage, can be made to cost very little if you're using Charging Bull, and works on anything in the game you can get in range of. In addition, its passives are very good. It also has an amazing focus skill. Champion's a tank.
Playing as your companions is the best way to decide. Given how little of a story impact specializations have, it's dumb they don't let you change it. Its pretty funny, because the reason they said you couldnt be a blood mage this time around was that your specialization would have impact on the story.
You will unlock the respec potions (for very cheap) before you get a spec. You can respec after getting a spec. But you cannot change your spec choice, just how many points go into it. You can repspec as many times as you can afford. They sell, respec poition in Haven for 1 G. So you can change your Starting abilities.
They don't even have to be level 10. Unlike you. you don't have to be level 10, you unlock them through the war room at the far left of the ferelden side of the map. I just think you need to actually do a mission or two, or leave Skyhold so that when you come back, most of the keep is repaired (you can use the stables, sit in your throne etc)
There was an option in the quickwheel, you'd two sets of weapon slots that you could switch between on the fly mid-fight. Meanwhile Inquisition specifically locks out the inventory while in combat. Annoying if you've only got a fire staff and it's you versus a rage demon early game. PKMN WiFi: Jon - 3522 9607 7434.
The warrior can encourage his companions to fight and provide them with additional buffs. Things are a bit different with mages,: here, you can distribute your points to four different spell types. Also, there are expert specializations, where you pick one out of the three available ones, later in the game.
You can easily knock enemies around, shift their positions, and lock them down as well. In works quite well with the Winter tree (you can perform a cross-class combo solo by freezing enemies and then s***tering them with Stonefist) as well as with Templar-specced Warriors (Cassandra, in your case) who can also inflict Weaken.
